Taiwan Expo Europe 2026 brought together innovative Taiwanese brands and international visitors in a dynamic exhibition environment designed to encourage networking, product demonstrations and business development.
Vera Multimedia was responsible for delivering comprehensive audiovisual solutions across the Main Stage and four dedicated exhibition stands. Our scope included LED technology, transparent LED screens, professional sound systems, stage and architectural lighting, video distribution and complete on-site technical support.

CODA Audio ViRAY line array
Main Stage
As the central point of Taiwan Expo Europe 2026, the Main Stage hosted official ceremonies, keynote presentations, live demonstrations and daily conference sessions. The technical infrastructure had to deliver outstanding image quality, reliable audio coverage and flexible lighting capable of supporting various event scenarios throughout the exhibition.
Vera Multimedia supplied a 6×3.5 m P2.6 LED wall that provided vivid visuals for presentations and multimedia content. Audio reinforcement was handled by the CODA Audio ViRAY line array system, controlled by an Allen & Heath SQ5 digital mixing console and complemented by Sennheiser wireless microphone systems for presenters and panel discussions.
Stage lighting featured ROBE LEDWash 600X and Martin MAC Quantum fixtures, all programmed and controlled using the ChamSys MagicQ MQ250M Stadium Console.
From installation and programming to rehearsals and live operation, our team ensured every presentation ran smoothly while maintaining a professional visual experience for exhibitors and visitors alike.

ROBE LEDWash 800X lighting
Taiwan Excellence
The Taiwan Excellence stand represented some of the country’s most innovative products and required an elegant audiovisual solution that would attract visitors without overwhelming the exhibition space.
To achieve this, Vera Multimedia installed a 2.5×1.5 m P2.6 LED wall to showcase promotional content, product videos and brand presentations. ROBE LEDWash 800X fixtures highlighted the displayed products while maintaining a clean and modern atmosphere. Professional sound reinforcement was provided by Electro-Voice loudspeakers, ensuring clear playback of multimedia content throughout the stand.
The result was a visually engaging presentation area that successfully combined digital content, lighting and audio to strengthen the Taiwan Excellence brand throughout the event.

Intelligent Technology
Designed to showcase innovations, the Intelligent Technology stand required an eye-catching solution capable of demonstrating advanced digital technologies while preserving the openness of the exhibition space.
Vera Multimedia delivered six transparent LED displays with a total display area of 18 square metres. The transparent LED technology allowed multimedia content to become an integral part of the stand without blocking visibility or reducing the architectural openness of the installation.
The result was a modern exhibition space where digital content appeared to float within the structure, attracting visitors while perfectly complementing the innovative technologies presented by the exhibitors.

Blooming Masterpieces
Inspired by the expressive colours and artistic legacy of Vincent van Gogh, the Blooming Masterpieces stand combined art, innovation and audiovisual technology to create an immersive exhibition experience. Every visual element was designed to encourage visitors to pause, explore and engage with the presented works.
At the heart of the stand, Vera Multimedia installed a 4×2.5 m P2.6 LED wall, delivering vibrant colours and high-resolution visuals that complemented the artistic concept without overpowering it. To preserve the clean aesthetics of the space, discreet LD Systems wall-mounted loudspeakers provided clear, evenly distributed audio for multimedia presentations and ambient content.
The careful balance of digital imagery, sound and exhibition design allowed technology to enhance the storytelling rather than dominate it. The result was a welcoming and visually rich environment where visitors could experience the exhibition exactly as intended – surrounded by colour, movement and inspiration.

Martin MAC Quantum profile lighting
Unmanned Vehicles
The Unmanned Vehicles stand showcased advanced mobility technologies and required lighting that would emphasise both the products and the architectural design of the exhibition space.
Instead of relying on large display systems, the visual concept focused on dynamic lighting effects. Vera Multimedia deployed ROBE LEDWash 600X and Martin MAC Quantum fixtures to create precisely programmed gobo projections and accent lighting that highlighted the vehicles and reinforced the stand’s futuristic appearance.
Carefully programmed lighting scenes added movement and atmosphere throughout the exhibition, helping the stand capture visitors‘ attention while presenting the showcased technologies in a distinctive and memorable way.
